Managed performing and non performing departments for over 85 private label and co-branded clients at PHH Mortgage, demonstrating leadership in scale and complexity.

Led initiatives that reduced expenses by $5M and increased revenue by $4.6M in Loss Mitigation at PHH Mortgage, along with $900K annual savings in call center operations.
Led sales efforts at Sutherland Mortgage Services that included 15 new client signings in less than 18 months that all lead to successful implementations with 3 year revenue projections of $25M+.
Built UK Mortgage Servicing Operations from the Ground Up
Designed and implemented a fully operational UK mortgage servicing platform, including facilities, staffing, and compliance systems.
